I really love this flat; it's brand newly done up and everything inside is really nice. The front rooms get a lot of sun, making the whole place warm in the first half of the year, though the back rooms can get a bit cold in winter, but it's manageable. With 7 nicely sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and great showers, it’s really convenient. The landlord is pretty good, fixing things when needed, and overall, there's not much to complain about—everything is great!

The front deck is definitely the best feature of the house, as it gets sun all year round, while the backyard gets little to no sun in winter. However, the kitchen is small and hard to keep tidy, and the bathroom, though nice and modern, needs a vent to prevent dampness when the dryer is used. On the plus side, our property manager is very responsive, and any issues we've had with the house are fixed within a few days.
This was the coldest and grossest flat I've ever been inside, and something in the flat made one of our flatmates ill for basically the entire year. On the plus side, the landlord was pretty lax; we hardly paid rent and didn't have to deal with a bond. The best part was definitely the porch, but the inside was just the worst.
The kitchen is really hard to keep tidy, and the freezing temperature makes it even less enjoyable. While the landlord is nice enough to deal with, they are very uninvolved, and I still haven't received my bond. The best part of the flat is definitely the bathroom.
