The flat has great views over North D and a spacious kitchen, which I love. However, the super high ceilings make it quite cold, especially upstairs where the heat pump struggles to warm the space unless it's on for a while. The downstairs bedroom has a leaky window and a weird smell, and the bathroom shower has low pressure. While the landlord is new and eager to make improvements, they respond quickly to emergencies but are slower with other queries. Overall, it's a good flat, but it's definitely showing its age.
