The house was a tidy place with lovely views and a great location. However, my experience with the landlord was quite negative; she was often rude and abrupt, and I had to sign a separate agreement that contained loopholes. She tried to charge me for bills that weren't mine and accused me of damages that were already there when I moved in, which made living there stressful. On the bright side, the property manager was really good and responsive to maintenance issues, but overall, I would not recommend renting from her.
