The house is sunny in the afternoon, but the shower pressure is really poor, and the kitchen light is terrible. On the plus side, the landlord is easy to contact and responds quickly. The best part about the location is that it's close to food.

The front rooms in the house are definitely the best since they get a lot of sunlight, which is a huge plus along with the close proximity to food places. I didn't need to contact the landlord at all, but I did find that two of the bedrooms weren't that nice. Overall, the sunshine made it a pleasant place to live.
