I lived in a lovely family-style home that was very warm, with sunny, cosy rooms. The landlord lives out of town, so her son generally took care of things. However, there was no extractor fan in the bathroom, and the lounge was often used as storage.

The house is very cold and the appliances are quite run-down, making it less than ideal. The property manager is useless, and honestly, the landlord might as well not exist. On the bright side, it has five rooms with loads of storage space, and if you have a lot of people, it works out to be very cheap per person. Overall, the best aspects are the space and price, while the worst are the cold and run-down condition.
