I really love this flat for its great location—close to campus, parties, and food. The kitchen is spacious and lovely, making it easy to work in even with multiple people around, and the upstairs living room is bright and comfortable. However, the downstairs can be quite cold, and the water pressure isn't the best, but it's manageable. Overall, I've had no issues with the landlord, who responds quickly to any problems.

The house is very cold and damp, with no sunlight during winter, making it a nightmare. The lounge is quite spacious, and the deck is great in summer, but it's virtually unusable the rest of the year. The landlord is an interesting person, though we often have differing opinions on flat subjects, and room sizes vary dramatically.
The house has a nice looking appearance and a good TV, which I appreciate. However, the fridge is poor and too small for five people, making it a bit inconvenient. Overall, it's a decent place to live.
