I was convinced by the property manager that this flat gets a lot of sun, and while the living area is nice and sunny in summer, the large windows make it impossible to heat. We've faced major mould problems in the bedrooms, making us sick on and off, and the only non-mouldy room is the bathroom. Despite being lured in by the promise of a new kitchen and bathroom, the kitchen has little storage and the bathroom is similar. The landlord can be a bit slack about repairs, and to top it off, the neighbor is quite aggressive and intrusive. On the bright side, the water pressure is great, and the shower dome helps prevent mould, but the condensation build-up in every room is a real issue.
