The house was really cold, and the front room had a noticeable slope, but it did get lots of sun and had a great view. The landlord was friendly but took almost two months to fix a broken bathroom window with a massive hole in it, which was frustrating. On the downside, one room gets no direct sunlight at all, two rooms are quite small, and the head of Studholme College looks down onto the deck, so noise control gets called really early during parties.

The living room is easy to heat up and gets toasty on cold nights, even with just a few people cooking dinner. The landlord is friendly and willing to sort out issues, though he can be a bit slow to respond. The best part of the flat is the warm lounge and its great location, but the downside is one small room that never gets direct sun.
The front of the house loses the sun quite early in winter, which is the worst thing about it, but overall, it is fairly warm with no leaks or drafts. The best thing is the front view, and while the landlord is very on to it, he is really busy with his other flats.
The house is in a good location, fairly warm and dry, and nice and spacious, although one of the front rooms has a lean to it and the stairs are very sloped. The landlord is a really busy guy, so you have to realize he won't be around right away unless it's important. The best thing about the flat is the big room, but the worst part is that there's only one toilet and one shower.
