I lived in a 7-bedroom flat with a medium-sized living room, 2 bathrooms, and a big kitchen/laundry, which felt quite spacious despite not being large. The landlord is a very nice old man who is helpful but can be quite forgetful, requiring reminders to get things done. The best aspect of the flat was definitely the space, while the location at the top of London Street, about a 7-minute walk to George Street, was the worst part for me.

The house has 7 good-sized bedrooms and three heat pumps in the downstairs rooms, plus a massive kitchen and great shower pressure, though I sometimes struggle with getting the right temperature. The landlord is a great guy and very traditional. The best part of the flat is definitely the living room and kitchen, but the location is a bit far from the university.
The flat is good, reasonably far from the university but not a major inconvenience, and all appliances generally work well. The landlord is a nice, easy-going guy who provides whiteware at the start of the year and won't try to stitch you up. The living room is the best feature—it's nice and big with a heat pump and black leather couches—though the shower can get a bit niggly sometimes. Parking is easy, and noise control hasn't been an issue for us.
The flat is right at the top of a massive hill, making for a bit of a niggly commute to uni, but it's a real nice, well-looked-after place that's warm and has an epic kitchen, big rooms, and spacious living areas. The landlord is a real nice guy, though he can be a little slow to sort things out since he's a bit old. The best thing about the flat is definitely its quality, while the worst part is having to change the gas bottles.
Overall, I found this flat to be good, featuring nice outdoor areas and a spacious kitchen with whiteware appliances. It comes fully furnished, which is a plus, and the rooms are decent sizes with heat pumps for comfort. The only downsides are the walk to uni up a big hill and the hassle of changing gas bottles. However, the landlord is very nice and easy to deal with, always willing to help solve any issues.
