Location is really good and the flat is super nice. Though, I lived there a while ago when the complex was pretty much brand new, so things may have changed. The rent is not too bad compared to alternative one bedroom/studios in Wellington CBD. I started paying $400 a week, then this increased to $420. Again, this was a while ago, so who knows how this has increased.
The only thing is, the property management (Trust Property Management) SUUUUUCKS. The property manager came into my house without proper notice which is super illegal. I also caught her on my security cameras making fun of me.
