The house has a nice location and view, and it's very spacious with new carpet. However, it gets very cold in winter due to an old heat pump that needs replacing. The landlord is friendly and reasonable, though some promises went unfulfilled, leading to minor frustrations. Overall, I liked the landlord, but the cold winter months were definitely the worst part of the experience.
