The flat is relatively old but decently priced at $935 for 7 bedrooms, making it good value for money, though I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a nice place. The landlord is a relaxed guy and responsive to some issues, but he hasn't fixed a leak in one of the rooms yet, so I wouldn't recommend it if you want an active landlord. The best feature is the large kitchen, while the worst aspect is that some rooms could use more windows to maximize natural light.
