I found the house to be really warm with an amazing location and views. The landlady is absolutely wonderful—she's sweet, kind, and comes every weekend to clean the communal areas and stock up on toilet paper. The best things about living here are the water pressure, the sun, and the landlady, but the worst part is that the other people in the studio can be dirty and loud.

The house wasn't cleaned from the previous tenants, which was disappointing. I found the landlord to be useless, and the worst part of my experience was dealing with Tana. On the bright side, the position of the flat was great.
