The house is not soundproof and really sucks, which is frustrating. The landlord stabs you in the back, making the experience even worse. On the bright side, the spacious lounge and location are the best aspects, but most rooms get no sun at all.

The house is freezing cold, and there's a loud pump noise whenever anyone showers or uses the toilet, plus there's no sun whatsoever. The landlord is fairly good, but the best thing about the place is definitely the kitchen, while the worst part is the entire downstairs.
