The house has a tiny kitchen—absolutely tiny, not even joking—and a small room off the hallway for storage. The lovely decorated ceilings in most rooms are definitely the best feature. The landlord was friendly enough when they came around, but I never needed anything from them. The worst part was the distance from Uni.

The house has a great size versus price ratio, which I really appreciate. The landlord is very hands-off but available if needed. However, the worst part is definitely the cold.
