The house has a good location to uni and Unipol, and the best thing about it is the amazing new bathroom, which I’d rate 10/10. However, it can be really cold and drafty due to the old windows that have big gaps and are hard to open and close. The landlord is fast at replying, but it usually takes at least two weeks to address any issues.

The kitchen has a nice new floor since 2014, making it look quite good, though the house is tiny and has issues with humidity, so future tenants should clean the bathroom walls and ceiling regularly to prevent mould. The heating works great even in winter, but it doesn't get much sun. The landlord is a lovely lady who is very receptive to feedback and requests for replacing old appliances. Overall, the best aspects are the location and price, while the worst is the condensation and mould.
The house is a bit cold and hard to ventilate, but it has good fixtures and a great new kitchen. Our landlord is a great guy and is pretty onto it. The worst part has been the mould on the bathroom ceiling.
