The house has its drawbacks, like a roof that can sometimes leak and hot water that tends to run out quickly, making it a bit drafty. However, the landlord is generally on top of things, even if repairs can take a while. The best feature is definitely the fireplace, which adds a nice touch to the place.

The house is big with two small rooms and four larger ones, featuring a nice backyard that gets decent sun and a lounge with a fireplace. While it has underfloor insulation, it can get quite cold in winter, especially in the two bedrooms that lack sunlight. The landlords are lovely, but the property management agency was frustratingly slow to address issues, like replacing our broken washing machine, and they often showed up unprepared for inspections. Overall, I enjoyed the nice lounge and backyard, but the property managers were definitely the worst part of the experience.
The house has a central heater that works anytime, which keeps it warm and cozy, and it's conveniently close to the octagon. However, being a wooden house, it can be a bit noisy if you're living downstairs. The landlord is nice, but the downside is having to share a toilet.
The house has big living areas and mostly good-sized bedrooms, plus a mint backyard that catches heaps of sun, which is definitely the best thing about it. The landlord is a bit of a lad and definitely a good sort. The worst thing, though, is that it can get quite cold.
The house has a fireplace in the lounge and a big hallway, which are definitely the best features. However, it can get quite cold, especially since there's no heat pump, and I've noticed leaks during heavy rain. On the plus side, the landlord is great.
The location of the flat is definitely the best thing about it. However, I found it to be quite cold and damp, and unfortunately, there were slugs inside.
