I really enjoyed the good outdoor area with heaps of sun, and the awesome color of the house is definitely the best thing about it. The massive rooms are a plus, but it's not the warmest flat. Our landlord was always willing to fix our problems and mowed the lawns regularly, which I appreciated. However, the worst thing was that hundreds of cats lived under the house.
