She is very rude, condescending, snide comments about being home too much, the size of your vehicle, not healthy home compliant. Has a 9kw HeatPump!! For July last year my power bill was near $1k. She has a camera pointing directly at the flats hidden in a lemon tree. Says lawn mowing is included in the rent but her very elderly Lawnmower man whom is disabled only uses the weedwacker every 6wks. The roof leaks, everything is the "Landlord Special" here. She is specifically mean to women. I was heavily pressured to move out due to a cancerous growth on my leg. It's like living in a tin shed.
