The house is nice and has good neighbors, with only one noise complaint all year, but it's cold as fuck. It's up a big hill, which is a bit of a trek, and I basically haven't heard from the landlord unless I text them. On the plus side, it's awesome for parties.

The house has a gangsta garden, which I loved, and the landlord was pretty cool; we even got our bond back (woo-hoo). The best part of the flat was its huge size, but the worst was having only one shower for six people.
