The flat can get very warm on sunny days, with most rooms receiving sunlight in the morning and early afternoon, which helps heat them up for the rest of the day. Each room has its own TV, mini-fridge, and ensuite bathroom, and there's a large heat pump in the living room. The landlord is responsive and easily accessible for any repairs, and the location is great, just a minute's walk from New World and a 20-minute stroll through the gardens to the university. The only downside is the thin walls between rooms, but overall, it's a pretty good flat without noise issues since it's not in a party area.

The house is very cold without a heat pump, and it has a noticeable lean, which oddly helps with balance. The landlord is good, but he tends to leave long voice messages that take about 10 minutes to get to the point. The best part of the flat is the lounge and kitchen area, which is really social. While the cold is the worst aspect, it's my first flat, so I can't compare it to others.
