Overall, I think it's an amazing house! The Valley can be a bit chilly in June, so the heat pump runs almost non-stop, but the lounge is definitely the best part. The shower isn't great, and the outdoor laundry is a downside. The landlords are wonderful people, but they do take a while to respond, so if something needs urgent fixing, it's best to call them daily.
