The house is freezing cold in winter with no insulation, making it really expensive to heat. While the location is great and I have hot neighbors, the landlords are terrible; they only follow through on cheap fixes and have ignored our request to repair a broken door frame for six months. Overall, the worst part is definitely the cold.

The flat is great in summer beside Logan Park, but it doesn't get much sun and can be quite cold. Additionally, it's a bit of a trek over the hill to get to uni.
The house was nice and tidy, but it was also cold and noisy, with a loud water cylinder. The landlord was very attentive to our needs, but they emphasized that the house must be spotless to get the bond back. Overall, the worst aspects were the noise and lack of heating.
