The flat is good overall, but it definitely needs some work, especially on the drooping ceiling in the lounge and a leak in one room. The landlord is friendly, but they don't check on the flat often and haven't done the lawns all year, though we haven't asked them to. The best part is the backyard, which is a nice feature.

The house has good sunny rooms for the most part, but it can get quite cold in winter. The landlord is pretty relaxed, though not an amazing communicator. The best part of living here is definitely the back garden, while the worst part has been the flatmates—oh, and it can be a bit cold too!
The house is very shaded during winter, which made it pretty cold. While the landlord can be a bit slow getting things done, the best part is that there’s lots of room for my stuff.
