The house was crooked, very dusty, and old, making it uncomfortable to live in; I was covered in rashes for most of the year due to the dust, and they disappeared once I moved out. It was also right next to Gregg's Coffee Factory, so it was noisy 24/7. While the location and price were great, the landlord was a hassle—he lost our bond form and a key we returned, and he was slow to respond to issues, even trying to charge us for lost keys that were his responsibility.
