The flat is in a great location, super close to Uni, which I love, but it can be very loud and the flat itself is freezing. Overall, the landlord is pretty good, though he isn't responsive on issues he doesn't think are important. The best things about the flat are definitely the people and the location, but the cold is a downside.

I really enjoyed living in this flat; it was warm and well insulated, getting plenty of afternoon sun in summer and staying cozy during winter. The landlord looked after us well, although sometimes responses took a little while. The only downside was the small rooms, but that wasn't really a problem for me. Overall, it was a great flat where I had heaps of fun!
The flat was damp and cold, and without a heat pump, it was impossible to warm up, especially with six tenants sharing the space. Drying clothes outside was risky because they often got stolen. The landlord was pretty unreasonable when issues arose, like broken windows caused by other flats, which we were still held responsible for despite police involvement. On the bright side, my flatmates were awesome.
