The house can be quite draughty with a few gaps under the doors, but overall, the price of $115 a week is definitely worth it—it's just a minute from Uni and close to town. The large backyard and new curtains are nice touches, and while the carpet isn't in the best condition, it's great for parties without worrying about stains. Our amazing property manager resolves any complaints within 24 hours and keeps us informed about her visits, making this flatting experience much better than previous years. The worst part is definitely the cold!

The house has a good location and gets a lot of sun in parts, with pretty good room sizes. However, there are a few drawbacks, such as dripping taps, bad curtains, and cold rooms. The kitchen has limited storage and issues with leaking water, plus the bench top is peeling. While the central living area is great and can be heated well, the front rooms are colder and experience foot traffic noise. I haven't interacted much with the landlord; he addresses issues eventually, but it doesn't seem to be a priority for him. Overall, the best thing about the flat is the location, while the worst is definitely the lack of storage.
The house is cheap and the lounge stays warm with the afternoon sun, but it can be damp and cold everywhere else. The landlord is great, and the best thing about the flat is definitely the location. However, the dampness is the worst aspect.
The house itself is fine, but the landlord often reminds us to "Read the contract!" The best thing about living here is definitely the location, but the worst part is that it's cold and has mould issues.
