The house is good overall—it's close to the university, and the cleaner comes in twice a week, keeping the common areas tidy at a reasonable price. However, the soundproofing is poor; I can hear people using the showers and toilets, and my roommate often plays League of Legends with voice chat until 3am, which can be really disruptive. The landlord is nice, but it sometimes takes a while for her to fix problems.
