I really enjoy living in this flat, which is in a prime location and has a cool backyard with picnic tables. The landlord is great to deal with and promptly addressed any issues, even providing missing items from the lease when I asked. While the lounge is awesome with a fireplace and heat pump, it doesn't get any sun, and the front two rooms can be quite cold. Overall, the furnishings and heating make up for these downsides, and being close to Refuel is a definite plus!

Overall, I find the flat to be pretty tidy and groovy, but the price of $165 next year seems excessive. The lounge is quite dark and doesn't get any sun, making it feel nippy in winter despite the insulation. The loft room offers great privacy and minimal noise, and the back garden is lovely for sunny days. Our landlord has been very responsive to any issues, which is a plus, but the price remains the biggest downside for us.
I really enjoyed living in this flat; the location is perfect for students, just five minutes from the med/dent/physio/pharm area and close to the central library and lecture theatres. The landlord is great and responsive, even if he’s not always on-site, though there can be delays in getting things fixed. The only downside is the room size; I held onto my queen bed, which made things a bit cramped, but overall, the flat has everything you need, including fibre internet and a dishwasher.
I really love this flat; it feels like home and is close to almost everything. The landlord is definitely one of the best around—he responds quickly and takes care of any little issues I have. The living room is the best part, but the insulation could use some improvement.
I found the flat to be very cosy and conveniently close to uni, making it great for a couple or a single person. The landlords are kind and understanding, always eager to improve the flat. However, the slow response of the handyman was a downside.
The flat is very small with limited storage, but it's easy to heat. Unfortunately, there's no extractor fan for the dryer, which can lead to moisture issues in winter, and I've also encountered some mould problems. The landlords make a lot of promises but rarely follow through; they respond quickly to emails, but it takes ages for issues to be addressed, often by unqualified people. The best thing about the place is the water pressure, but the worst part is definitely the landlords not keeping their promises.
The house doesn't get much sunlight, which can make it feel a bit dim at times, and the temperature can be uncomfortable. However, the landlord is fantastic and very helpful, and the best thing about the flat is definitely its location.
The rooms facing the clubs and Socs building get a lot more sunlight, while the one next to the bathroom is the wettest and coldest. The house is easy to heat, but the rooms are really small, and there's only one toilet and bathroom. The landlord is super helpful and quick to send tradies whenever there’s a problem.
