The landlord was very good, taking care of the house and quickly fixing things, though it was sometimes difficult since they weren't in NZ. The best part was the amazing gardens and nice big backyard. However, the house was older, and while it had some modern features, it would take a lot to improve the insulation like many houses in Dunedin.
