The house is spacious and warm, especially upstairs, and the rooms get plenty of sun. I appreciate the separate bathroom and toilet, as well as the mini balcony. The landlord is nice and easy to communicate with, and honestly, there's nothing I can complain about.

The house has its ups and downs; upstairs is warm while downstairs is cold. The landlord is nice enough, and the best part is the good location and decent-sized rooms. However, the downstairs room gets no sun, and the shower drain clogs easily.
The house is quite good, and I appreciate having ample space. The landlord has been very helpful, but one downside is that the rooms can easily get cold.
I really enjoyed living in this flat, as it was in a handy location close to the university, New World, and town. Everything was brand new, and the size was great. The landlord was very responsive, and honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say about my experience.
I really enjoyed living in this modern flat in a good location. The landlord was great, always answering straight away with any problems. The best thing about the place was definitely the location, and honestly, there was nothing I could complain about!
The house is just very cold and doesn’t get a lot of sun, although the sleepouts are okay and cosy. The best features are the nice bathroom and shower, as well as the fireplace and heat pump. The landlord is very nice, which is a plus.
The house is quite cold, which is definitely the worst part of living here. However, the landlord is usually nice and helpful, making things a bit easier. The best feature of the flat is definitely the shower, which I really enjoy.
The location of the flat was the best part, but the worst was definitely the lack of grass. The dishwasher was s***, which was frustrating. On the plus side, the landlord had some English issues but was always helpful and organized everything that needed to be done.
The house was fine, but the landlord was unresponsive and difficult to deal with. The best thing about living there was the location, which was really convenient. However, the worst thing was the lack of maintenance, as things often went unfixed for too long.
The house has roof leaks and is really cold. Contacting the landlord at Edinburgh Realty is hard, and honestly, there's nothing good about this place. The worst part has to be the people and the cold conditions.
