The flat itself is in ok condition, but the oven is not ideal as it takes a long time to heat up. It's close to the Uni and a pub, which is great, but there is a lot of road noise, and I really love it when emergency services race past with sirens on at 3am. In some cases, the property manager was very hard to deal with and confusing!

The house had good sunlight and was conveniently located near the university and restaurants, but it suffered from poor insulation in the walls, making it quite cold. The landlord treated everything as strictly 'business,' lacking a personal touch. The best aspect was definitely the price, but the temperature was definitely the worst part of living here.
The house is super warm; I've only had to use the heat pump twice so far, and the spacious rooms are really nice. The only downside is the constant smell of fish and chips and being able to hear the people in the house below. Aside from O week, we have little to no party disturbances! The landlord is very fast and friendly to deal with, but I have to admit, I'm gaining weight from all the fatty foods nearby.
The house is warm and conveniently close to the university, which I really appreciate. However, the people upstairs can be quite annoying. I don't have much interaction with the landlord, but the best aspects of living here are definitely the location and warmth.
I really like how warm the house is and that it's close to uni, but sometimes I can hear the people upstairs, and there's a fish and chip smell. The landlord is pretty easy to deal with; we had some issues with the oven and doors, but they fixed them quickly after we messaged them. Overall, the warmth and location are definitely the best parts.
The house isn't very noise proof; we could hear our neighbors partying 24/7 and even their conversations and TV. The room sizes are average, and the kitchen is a bit small, but the landlord is great to deal with and very approachable. The best part is definitely the price and location, while the worst is the lack of soundproofing. Overall, it’s fairly warm and gets good sun, which is a plus.
