Landlord
Living in this flat has been a frustrating experience. It's really damp, with the main entrance through the bathroom and no lockable door between the landlord's space upstairs and our flat downstairs. The landlord is unreasonable, often yelling over small issues and even entering my room without permission. I feel misled about the living conditions and the tenancy agreement, which doesn't protect us under the Residential Tenancies Act, making it easy for her to impose unfair rules. The best part? Leaving.
