I loved the location and space of the flat, and it gets great winter sun, but it was far too drafty, and the walls were thin between us and the next door flat. The landlords were excellent, and the property manager was even better—always highly responsive and quick to address maintenance issues. Overall, it was an amazingly quiet place that could be transformed into an incredible flat with some renovations.
