The house is a very large space that's ideal for a couple, with a nice location close to medical and dental facilities. The landlord is extremely picky about flat inspections, so everything needs to be cleaned thoroughly, including vacuuming and checking shower drains. The amazing living room and backyard, along with a nice view, are definitely the best features, but the rent is quite pricey!

The house has small rooms that are very drafty, making it always colder inside than out, with no insulation and a damp feel. We've been waiting for our dryer to be fixed since orientation week, and the landlord is very mysterious with minimal contact. The best things about this place are the price and its location to the university, but the worst aspects are the size, temperature, quality, and access.
