The house is spacious but a bit draughty, though it does have a heat pump, and adding some thick curtains could help warm it up. The landlord is awesome—professional, approachable, friendly, and very understanding; definitely the best landlord I've had. The best part is that it's fully furnished with modern furniture, but the worst aspect is the outdated windows and frames that contribute to the draught.

The house is good and has a great size for a couple, but unfortunately, there is an issue with mould. The landlord's involvement was neutral, as I didn't have much interaction with them.
