The house is quite small but gets a decent amount of sun and retains heat well, making it warm and cozy. There's a carpark out back, though it's a tight squeeze, and the place isn't very soundproof, as I can easily hear the neighbors talking next door. The landlord takes a while to address issues, but most of our queries haven't been urgent, so it hasn't been a major problem. Overall, the warmth is definitely the best feature, while the lack of soundproofing is the worst.

I lived in a 2-bedroom house with an ensuite and a guest bathroom downstairs. The kitchen worked well, though the stove took a long time to heat up, and while the place was fully furnished, the landlord was reluctant to replace anything, which was frustrating. We had to move the mattresses ourselves and buy a dining table since there wasn't one when we arrived. The location was great, but the rent kept increasing by about $10 every year, making it feel quite expensive overall.
The location of the house is superb and close to everything, which is definitely the best thing about it. However, the heating is not so great. On the plus side, the landlord is pretty chill.
