The house is damp, with one bedroom having an indoor waterfall, and it's cold, yet Property Scouts do nothing to fix these issues. Our hot water cylinder leaked, and we still haven't seen a plumber. The landlord is useless, and serious issues regarding a minimum standard of living won't be addressed during your tenancy, though the grass gets mowed frequently. On the bright side, the proximity to the gym and hockey turf is a plus.

I really enjoyed living in this flat due to its good location, fantastic shower pressure, and plenty of sunshine. While the landlord can be occasionally difficult to deal with, they do fix problems pretty quickly. Overall, it was a great flat with no major issues.
The flat is pretty cold, damp, and mouldy, which is frustrating since we have to keep the windows open all day to avoid condensation, making it even colder or letting bugs in during summer. When we moved in, several lights weren't working, and the landlord hasn't addressed this or the considerable mould in the bathroom. On the bright side, it looks somewhat modern inside and the rent is relatively cheap, but if they don't install insulation for next year, I wouldn't recommend signing for this flat.
My experience in this flat largely depended on the noise level of the neighbors. The landlord can be a bit awkward with unannounced inspections, but he's generally chill about things like putting pins in the walls. The best part is the price for the location and the sunshine, but the oven isn't great, the carpet is mismatched and yucky, and there are damp ceilings in winter.
The flat is very spacious with all rooms a decent size, but it can get very cold during the winter months. I recommend using extra blankets or an electric blanket to stay warm. The shower tends to get mouldy and the drain clogs often, so having some drain cleaner on hand is a must. On the plus side, the landlord is one of the better ones I've dealt with—prompt with responses and willing to fix any issues while keeping in regular contact with us. Just remember to have air freshener for the toilet since there's no ventilation.
The flat is cheap, which is great for a student budget, but it can be freezing in winter. The location is very convenient for attending uni or polytech, and the landlord is very responsive, approachable, and usually helpful with any issues that arise.
The flat has great sized bedrooms, a nice kitchen, and a good outdoor area, but there's not much sun in the lounge during the day, and the upstairs bathroom has a lot of mold, though the shower pressure is excellent. The landlord is very quick to respond and send people to fix issues. The best things are the shower pressure and the location, while the worst aspects are the single bathroom upstairs and the lack of sunlight in winter.
The house gets cold, especially in the corridor, but it retains heat well when it's sunny or after cooking. The landlord is a very friendly and helpful guy, and I've never had any issues with him. The best thing about the flat is the price, but the worst thing is definitely the mould.
The house is cheap for a reason, but the landlord is quick to respond and fairly relaxed. The best thing about it is definitely the price, but the worst part is that it's freezing.
Don't judge the lounge by its colors; the house is easy to keep warm and has two showers and toilets, making it convenient. The shady side stays warm and is naturally well lit. The landlord is easily approachable and even offers free chicken salt at Meiwah, which is a nice touch. The best part about living here is that it's cheap, but the downside is the noise from other flats in the complex.
The house is upstairs, so it stays warmer than most flats, but the outdoor area is too small for gatherings. The best thing about the place is the kitchen, while the worst part is that it's not soundproof at all, and the landlord is rude as hell, often threatening police action and removal for the smallest incidents.
The house was cold and really mouldy, making it feel overpriced. While Platinum Properties didn't respond to my complaints, the property manager changed to Property Scouts, who fixed all the problems. The best thing about the place was its close proximity to the university.
The house is nicely done up, but it's tiny and has mould issues. Dealing with the landlord can be frustrating; I often feel like I need to text bomb them to get a response.
The flat was really fast to heat, but no matter how much we aired it out and used the heat pump, we couldn't get rid of moisture and mold in a couple of the bedrooms. We switched landlords halfway through the year, but they were both good. Overall, the place was tiny.
The flat has only one or maybe two decent rooms, with several lacking sunlight even in summer, and mould is an issue in four of the six rooms. While the landlord responds quickly, actual repairs can take up to a month, which may be reasonable depending on your needs. The best thing about the place is its proximity to the university and polytech, but the worst aspects are the cold, damp conditions and the inability to dry clothes.
I found the flat to be nice and it warms up easily, with good shower pressure being the best feature. However, there’s no pantry, and while it can get a bit of condensation, opening the windows helps. The walls are thin, which is definitely a downside, and our landlord was pretty dumb, but I think they got a new one now.
