Completely unresponsive property managers, it took us nearly four months to get our bond back after moving out. One bedroom is not big enough to be legally classed as a bedroom, this is NOT a three bedroom flat. It would make a perfectly fine two bedroom with a study or big wardrobe. The bathroom was always mouldy despite using the fan and opening the windows and it was freezing in winter. The heater did not pass the Healthy Homes Standard and we were supposed to get a heatpump but never did. Positives: great location, got plenty of sun, had a bath. Not Terrible but would not live here again and would not really recommend it to anyone.
