The house had mould on the bathroom ceiling and in the small kitchen, and it was cold in winter. While the landlord was quick to respond, they were slow to take action, especially regarding leaks that disrupted daily living, like a leak over my bed with no room to move it due to the layout. The best feature was the noise insulation in one room, along with its size and quality, but the small kitchen and cold lounge in winter were definitely drawbacks.
