The flat is extremely cold and mouldy, always damp, and doesn't warm up easily, which makes it a challenge to live in. While the newly renovated kitchen and bathroom are the best features, the old power circuit leads to high energy bills, and the washer/dryer provided is terrible. On the plus side, the property manager is easy to deal with, and the lounge does get some sun.

The house is very modern and has a really nice kitchen, but it can be quite cold and there's a lot of condensation on the windows. The landlord doesn't really sort anything out and didn't supply smoke alarms, which is concerning. The worst part is the coldness and lack of sunlight in some rooms.
The house is extremely old and falling apart, with a constantly breaking floor and a ceiling that looks like it might cave in at any moment. The insulation is terrible, with gaps as wide as a centimeter around the windows and doors, and there are multiple water leaks causing mold and repairs. However, the property manager is incredible—always friendly and quick to fix issues as they arise, often on the same day we report them. While it’s a good party flat, the insulation and draughts are definitely the worst aspects.
The flat offers a range of room sizes, and if it weren't a uni flat, the pricing might be different among flatmates. The lounge is nice and big, but the kitchen could really use more bench space, and having another bathroom would be a plus. The landlord is friendly and quick to fix things, which is great. Overall, the best thing about the flat is the space, while the worst aspect is definitely the kitchen bench space.
The house is good, and the location is definitely the best thing about it. The landlord responds quickly, but it can take a while to actually fix issues, so I’ve had to ask or remind them numerous times. The bathroom is the worst aspect of the flat.
The house has a great location, but it's very cold and gets no sun. The landlord is prompt, which is a plus, but the coldness is definitely the worst thing about living here.
The house is beside very noisy and destructive neighbours, which has resulted in five broken windows from them. The best thing about the flat is the upstairs room, but the worst part is definitely the constant noisiness.
I had a great experience renting this flat. The landlord was fantastic—definitely a "YES GET IT" from me. The best thing about the house was its warmth, and honestly, there was nothing I could complain about.
The landlord is very helpful once you manage to get in touch, but they rarely check their phone or texts. The flat is in a good location, but the worst aspects are the creaking foundations, its small size, and the high cost.
The house has a great layout, but unfortunately, the lack of storage and mould are significant downsides. Additionally, I found the landlord hard to contact, which made addressing these issues more challenging.
The location of the house was great, but it was very damp and mouldy in winter, which was definitely the worst part of my experience. The landlord wasn't very friendly, even when coming over to fix things. Overall, while the location was the best feature, the dampness really affected my time here.
The house is cold and pretty rough, which is definitely a downside. The best part has been the people I've met here, but I’ve learned to stay on the landlord's good side, as he can be a piece of s*** at times.
The house has a big kitchen and great car parking, but I’d only recommend living here if you’re a legend; otherwise, don’t bother. The landlord can be a bit of a prick, but if you just get on his good side, he’ll leave you alone. The best part of the place is definitely the bong room, while the worst is being next to Thirsty Boys.
