VALUE CONDITION

I really appreciate the warmth of the house, the great location, and the new carpet. The garage is a nice bonus, and the bottom bathroom shower pressure is excellent. Our landlord is quick to respond and gets someone to fix things promptly if anything is not right. Overall, it's been a great experience living here.

VALUE CONDITION WARMTH LANDLORD

The house has a nice location and features two hot water cylinders, which is great. However, it can get quite cold. The landlord is nice, but there isn't much else to say about him.

The house has a unique charm and layout, with large rooms that are comfortable to live in, though they can be cold and damp. The kitchen is dark and small, and the shower feels like being dribbled on by a bat, which is definitely the worst aspect. The landlord was quick to respond and maintained the property well, making for a good experience overall. The large driveway and great location are definite highlights.
