The house is pretty new and clean, though I can hear music from the bar below, which mostly plays nice jazzy stuff and stops around 11 on weeknights. The landlord is good, fixing things promptly and inspecting the property once or twice a year. The best thing about this place is definitely the location, but the price is the worst aspect.
