The flat is cold but easy to warm up with the heat pump, although the fireplace is useless. While the location isn't ideal since it's up a big hill, the nice and spacious kitchen makes it worth it. The landlord is helpful and quick to respond, fixing urgent issues like the washing machine, but he hasn't yet addressed some promised updates like new carpet and insulation. Overall, I appreciate the modern kitchen, but the location is definitely the worst aspect.
