The house is old but tidy, with decent insulation and a fireplace that keeps it warm in winter. I appreciate the large lawn area, which is well-maintained by the landlord, and the ample parking, including a garage for one car. However, the limited hot water means not everyone can enjoy a hot shower, and the low water pressure can be frustrating. The landlord is pretty standard, though a bit slow to fix issues.
