I found the flat to be very warm and well-insulated, with fantastic sunlight streaming in throughout the day. The location was great, close to bus stops and city amenities, but the industrial noise from the mechanics across the street was quite disruptive, especially in the mornings. Dave, our landlord, was very responsive to any minor repairs, which was a plus. While the rent was high for a small apartment, the comfort and warmth during winter made it a decent place to live.
