The best thing about the flat is the good sun on the back deck. However, the rooms at the front of the house are cold, there's no backyard, and it's quite far from Uni in Newtown.

The house was pretty nice with a big light lounge, lots of bedrooms, and it was close to shops and the bus stop. However, the outdoor area was really crap, and the worst part was the noisy band that lived next door; hearing them all the time was not great. We mostly dealt with our landlord's parents for any issues during the year, and they were really nice and helped us a lot. Overall, it was mostly pretty good despite the outdoor area.
