The house has its drawbacks, like bad condensation in the bathroom and only one bathroom for six people, which can be challenging. The landlord is average, but the best part is definitely the sunlight in summer, which makes the place feel bright and welcoming.

The house has a good living area that faces south, providing plenty of sunlight, and the north side rooms also get a fair amount of sun. The backyard and deck are pretty good, but the biggest downside is having only one bathroom with a toilet for over six people, which was quite inconvenient. The property managers were useless, but the owner stepped in and was okay, although he often showed up for maintenance without notifying us. On the plus side, the water pressure was excellent.
