I really enjoy living in this villa with its character and spacious rooms. It's warm, dry, and sunny when the Dunedin weather cooperates, and I appreciate the nice courtyard and garden with a hammock and swing. The landlord is a quiet and clean grad student, which adds to the pleasant atmosphere. While it’s somewhat pricey, the safe neighborhood and proximity to the university and downtown make it worth it, though I prefer taking the bus home rather than walking up the big hill.

The woodstove really heats up the place, making it cozy. The landlord is a retired professor, which adds a nice touch to the experience. The location is both the best and worst thing about the flat; while it's convenient, it also has its downsides.
