The location of the house is great, as it's very close to both uni and town. However, some rooms are on a lean, and many walls and ceilings have large cracks, which raises concerns about warmth and structural problems. The landlord is helpful with most issues and will come to assist quickly if they are in town, but for more serious problems, you might have to wait depending on the severity.

The house is on a lean and very, very cold, but otherwise, it has cool big bedrooms and a prime location to the library and town. The landlord is really nice and tries to get things done quickly. The best thing about the flat is definitely the location, while the worst thing is the cold.
